Food was delivered at 4 plus in the afternoon even though we indicated 6pm. By the time we consumed the food at 6.30pm, the fried rice and broccoli/cauliflower had gone rancid. The bak kwa fried rice was miserable - barely any noticeable bak kwa ... More anyway. The fried fish was ok. Ngoh hiang was simply the type that you could buy from the frozen section of supermarkets - full of fish paste. Terrible experience and will not be ordering from this caterer ever again.
