My delivery time was set at 5.30 to 6.30. Food came at 5.30pm in proper warmer bags. Presentation of food was good. But food was not warm at all. Called up belly good and one male staff attended to me. He said food cannot be cold since it is freshly ... More prepared. He also wanted me not to compare the temperature of catered food to normal cooked food. But the truth is the food was cold not even warm. My purpose of calling is not to complain or try to get extra of anything. I called to just get assurance that the food is edible since it’s for elderly. Making sure the food is well within the consumption time. So if any of you wants to get their food, probably should look out if it’s warm. Generally the food is edible.
