The food could be better served if it didn't arrive so early

When I placed the order, I told the caterer Chris I want the food to be delivered at 6pm as my guests would only arrive after 6pm. And Chris said she will put the delivery time as 5pm as the food will arrive between 5pm to 6pm. Who knows the food ... More came at 4.30pm!!! Needless to say when we started to eat, all the food were already cold and hard! Super disappointed to host my guest with such cold food. The coffee pork ribs were super soggy becuase it has been soked in the coffee sauce for so long! The crabmeat fried rice were so hard! It was like eating mini stones! The pipa duck was dry and hard. The prosperuty yusheng was a joke! The shredded cucumbers and carrots were just a handful. So disappointed with the food and my guests did not even touch and ended up I have to throw away the left overs. Only the salted egg prawn and braised sea cucumber were touched. Caterer did not provide any serving utensils and we have to use the fork and spoon to serve the food.
