Food was mostly good, with the exception of two dishes. Nonya Jap chae was bland and tasteless, Thai fishcakes were also tasteless when eaten plain, lack lemongrass flavour.

Salted egg yolk was done very well. The Cheng Teng was also very ... More generous, with lots of ingredients. The nonya Mee Siam goreng was very flavourful.

Thumbs up to Pang Catering for a great job despite the chinese new year peak period and not compromising on food quality. I thought the ginger taste for the golden ginger chicken could have been stronger, but that's a taste preference and the chicken was not tough. Pang Catering just got itself a repeat customer!
