Food was mostly good, with the exception of two dishes. Nonya Jap chae was bland and tasteless, Thai fishcakes were also tasteless when eaten plain, lack lemongrass flavour.

The food was delicious and exceeded expectations. The yam paste was not overly sweet, the prawns were big and fresh, the food looked appetising even when it was time to eat and the greens were not yellow and overcooked. Am really pleased with the ... More service provided too; food was delivered and set up promptly despite the surge in demand for the Chinese new year period. Thumbs up to Pang Catering for a great job despite the chinese new year peak period and not compromising on food quality. I thought the ginger taste for the golden ginger chicken could have been stronger, but that's a taste preference and the chicken was not tough. Pang Catering just got itself a repeat customer!
