While most of the food was ok, the prawn was pretty tasteless and too cold.
Food was not hot enough as the set up crew (1 person for 85 pax menu) took so long to set up. Delivery was supposed to be 11.15-12.15. Staff arrived at 11.40 and by 12.15 ... More only the chafing dishes were on the tables. by 12.35 we had no choice but to ask our group to start eating even though he has even lit the liquid fuel.

The food was delivered at 9.40 and i was worried that the burners will run out before time. The delivery staff was very confident that they will stay throughout for 3.5 hours and he was right. It kept the food warm till 12.30pm when we ate.

The portions were fairly generous and there was enough to go round for more than 10 adults and 3 kids. Overall the fried finger foods were v popular, Mee Siam was a bit dry but was good with the curry. Nice honeydew sago, was ok with all the ice ... More melted (may have been a bit too sweet if eaten at the beginning).

The food was generally pretty good, and in good sized portions. We had more than enough and there were leftovers. However, perhaps due to our family's palate, we find it a tad salty. The boneless chicken was the star for taste and the paper wrapped ... More salmon was pretty impressive just by the presentation!

Everyone was pleasantly surpised that the chicken dish came with full condiments! Overall the food portion and quality was good.
Only issue I had was that the food was delivered at 12.05pm when my serving time was 12 noon. It would have been good ... More for them to come about 10 min before so i can unwrap the food and lay out the utensils nicely before the guests came.
But food quality was good for all the dishes, especially the chicken, and this menu is overall very healthy!

Food arrived on time and was well received by everyone. Good comments for the aglio olio as it was not dry or hard but al dente and flavourful. The dessert variety wowed some and everyone felt that the brownie was really good.
