Tasty food with generous amount for each dish. Guest likes the Signature Nanyang style curry chicken and Signature TeoChew style braised duck with sea cucumber.

Spring roll and tempura prawns were the first 2 dishes to be finished. Food arrived an hour earlier from the specified timing though; all my guests had to try and come earlier before the food turned cold.

Nice food. Especially the butterfly prawns with oatmeal, which was the first dish to be finished. Food arrived about 15 mins from the specified timing though; was panicking a bit as all my guests arrived before the food. Also missed out the mango ... More salsa for the fish fillet.

Generous portion for 15 pax. Food was generally nice, crispy butter prawn was the most popular dish. Yakitori chicken skewers were the least popular.

Blackforest cake is very nice with many people going for seconds.
Setting up of tables and food is on time. If the collection of the tables can be on time or not too late would be better.
