Caterer came in early to setup the buffet. However, the caterer brought insufficient tables to hold all the food even though this was already mentioned beforehand. Food was decent but the pineapple rice turned sour very fast and had to be disposed ... More about 2 hours after the setup was done. Portions are sufficient especially the carbs.
