Have been ordering from RCG for some time and the food quality / variety is quite consistently good.

There's a mix of western and chinese lunch menu and this provides welcoming variety to the other catering menus

Food is satisfactory with enough variety, but sometimes the distribution/mix of vegetables and meat is uneven. Some days you may have a lot of meat while other day you may have a lot of vegetables.

Food was ok but getting more mundane after a while as the dish with (soy) sauce is quite similar to each other

Cake was aesthetically pleasing and taste fantastic! Service can be better as I have ordered 3 days in advance but only was informed one day before that the cake was not available and had to switch to other design (not ideal)

Food up to expectation and came with nice plastic container packaging. Delivery was not consistent at the same timing but still within the stipulated time range

The food is sometimes ok, sometimes not so ok. Consistency of quality is lacking. Food delivery sometimes can be early sometimes can be quite late.

Food up to expectation, consistent in quality. However, sometimes the food comes quite late - delivered close to 6.15pm while it's stated to consume food by 6.30pm (not so much time to gulp down the food obviously)

First day the food was wrongly delivered (short of 1 pax, as I ordered 2 pax). When I called to alert the customer service at Hewtop, she was quick to offer compensation by adding additional dish for the remaining 4 days of the package. I'm grateful ... More of Hewtop's flexibility to its customer and will order again.

Sales service was very helpful in ensuring food is delivered on-time within the expected time range. Food came in nicely packed containers with heat-retention bag. Fantastic range of food set - delicious and with just-the-right-amount portion
