We went ahead to try the 20 days tingkat, thinking it I’ll be reliable as it’s in partnership with Lao Huo Tang... but we were totally disappointed.
Food is very oily and salty.
Delivery timing is very irregular. There was once, the ... More delivery was so late (after 6:30pm), we had to call the caterer and when the delivery guy came, we tried to talk to him but he just dump the food n ran away.
Soup was sour twice in a row. It was so sour that we could smell it, and my mum thought it’s some salted vegetable soup. Thankfully no food poisoning as we decided to throw the food away after tasting it a little. Twice I called the caterer, offering to even deliver the food for them to try, but they just say they will investigate and check their own food in the kitchen. It’s totally useless.
Asian delight noodles was so salty, we couldn’t believe the food are less oil and less salt.
The soup mostly has thick layer of oil floating on it, there was once, it was filled with just chicken skin.
Customer service is terrible too.
I have already paid but food did not deliver as ordered on the first day.
Customer service constantly says will contact me and follow up, but neither call or email have been received. To-date, I’m still waiting for the so call email & follow up call.
Anyway in the end, we have to go for an early termination.
