I ordered three times from this tingkat vendor. The food quality had dropped significantly. The food is not fresh. Customer service also deteriorated.

My experience with this caterer is very bad. They don't take in my request for "no processed food". Its okay, I accept this since payment is already processed.

Delivery was late 3 days in a row. On the first day it happened, I tried to call at ... More 7pm to enquire, could not get any warm bodies to speak to until multiple tries. I have to "beg" the staff to deliver before 6.45pm at least or if cannot do it, please refund me and stop the order. However, the admin staff say give them another chance. 2nd day it happened again and 3rd day again. They said cannot refund me. I have to beg them to stop the order. I spoke to the driver, he said it's the kitchen's fault. I spoke to admin staff, she said its driver's attitude. Then from customer's perspective, what can I do? Unreasonable service for average food.

Hewtop cathering is really valued for money. The portion is huge, I can even keep for next day lunch. The service is excellent. They accommodate my request for non spicy food, no hotdogs, no nuggets. Even time I text them, the staff responded very ... More quickly. They value people feedback. Only thing to improve is the taste of food and the vegetables turns bad by 7.30pm onwards.

The rice and dishes portion is not much. It's okay that my family is not big eater but unsure if it's sufficient for others. I really hate the processed food (hotdog, fishball, otak, fried dumplings) everyday. I requested for change but noted it's ... More not possible. The taste of food is not to our liking.
