Our second time ordering from Fong Fu Catering. Deliveryman arrived timely for the set-up and did a beautiful job. Food portion was sufficient except the rice was already running low halfway through the event. Food was delicious as usual, except the ... More crispy salad tofu was a disappointment. Was looking forward to the blackcurrant drink but caterer called to inform it is oos hence replaced with fruit punch. Overall, it is value for money and I would definitely return again!

Food was decent, price was pretty valuable for the number of dishes. However, service from the customer service has room for improvement. Ideally not having a mouth filled with food while talking on the phone with customers. I experienced a hard ... More time trying to understand the message she wanted to convey. Am disappointed that despite indicating that food is to be served at 2pm, was informed that they will need to set up as early as 12.30pm. Reason being deliverymen has another delivery to attend to. Alternatively, I can opt for the next delivery. However, caterer was unable to provide an expected delivery timing, hence it will be a risk that I will be taking. Suggest caterer to better plan the delivery schedule in future.
