Delivery made on time quite consistently.

Dishes can be improved in terms of creativity.
Seems repeating every now & then :( unlike first signed up last year, which they offered a good range of variety.

Dishes quantity getting lesser, ... More compared to first two orders.
Vegetables considered fresh and still alright, but gourd types seriously too little... for 3 pax. See picture.
Sometimes dish 2 (toufo for example) too little. 3 pieces per person only...

Would be great if they can offer variety of soup instead of chicken soup most of the times. And more fish instead of pork/chicken all the time. Can swap fish/prawn to other day instead of fixing it on Friday, since not everyone order dinner service on Friday.

Customer service is professional & helpful.
Quite responsive.Delivery is satisfying at consistent time.

Food is generally fresh, esp. vegetables! Thumbs-up!
Dishes are usually tasty & balanced.
Preferred to have a less-meat ... More 2nd dish though.
Hope to have less chicken but more fish dishes (steam fish, not fried fish) - Often "missed" the fish because it falls on Wed/Fri, hope the kitchen can toggle the menu (not everyone eat on Wed/Fri). Ended up having chicken most of the times :(
Soup can have more healthier & creative choices
Sufficient quantity, especially dish 1. Dish 2 could have more. Vegetables (dish 3) are fresh & ample, but whenever it comes in curry vegetables or melons form, too little for 3-pax.

Soup is generally good & tasty. Took the feedback on cutting down salt. which is commendable. Good job.

Value for money after using FOODLINE $25 voucher, but the process a little troublesome - need to physically mail out the voucher.

Overall a pleasant eating experience, but hoping for more CREATIVE food & soup ideas! Can have fruit soup, for example. Don't need to use pork & chicken all the times!

Good service from caterer & delivery driver;
they tried very best to cater to reasonable request.

Food wise, portion for dish 1 (meat) 2pax is NOT sufficient.
And by the way, we aren't big eater; hope it can be ... More improved.

Good variety menu, considered balance & nutritional diet, almost like home-cooked.

Can brainstorm for more healthy soup options though, not chicken or pork rib soup all the times - too much chicken soup by the way.

Food taste good, neither too oily nor salty, EXCEPT for the soup which is consistently too salty. If consumed long term, too much sodium bad for kidneys, which the caterer has promised to look into it.

Love the vegetables options, and still green, fresh & crunchy!

Will order again.
