The Mami pork ribs was too tough to bite while the Luohan Mixed Vegetables were undercooked and hence a little raw to chew on.

Food delivery was prompt and on time despite it being on Mother's Day. Visual appeal of food was also good and taste was pretty good as well. Pricing of food was also very enticing and value for money.

Food Delivery was very late. It was arranged for 1800 hrs delivery but only arrived at 1915 hrs. Understand that both Food Line and driver called to apologise for the delay due to overwhelming delivery orders but it was very late delivery.

What ... More was most disappointing was the messy spillage of the fish maw soup inside the bag which when salvaged was only half filled as per photo attached.

The 2 tiered Rose Lychee cake visual was excellent which delighted all of us but the taste could be better. The sponge could be smoother which would enhance the overall experience.
Customer service from Lele Bakery was also excellent with timely ... More update on the delivery and instructions as well as after sales review follow up.
