Very disappointed in this caterer! When requesting for payment, they can reply almost immediately. But when I ask for clarification, they just ghost me.
Is it so hard to just clarify with your customer and clear the air?

Very disappointed in the food and makeup service

Day 1: received a dish supposed to be mixed with sliced meat but no meat was served. Soup tasted sour too - corn lotus soup
Feedback to the merchant and they said they will add a dish the next ... More day to make up for the mistake
Makeup dish was 2 pcs of chicken wings

Most days, food delivered is cool even on delivery
It was not packed in any warmer bag either

There was also one day when one of the meat dish was in a bad condition and it was informed by SMS. I received a fully vegetarian dish which was really inedible. Really disappointing

Our of 10 days, only 1 day the food portion and taste was acceptable

Food was good. Affordable. Food was served on time. Will order again !

Portion is quite alot for the number of pax I ordered.
Food arrived on time, warm and fresh
Value for money especially during CNY festive period
