Whole buffet was wiped out as the portion came lesser than expected. Dishes were okay. Buffet was suppose to be from 6-9pm as confirmed with the staff earlier but they called me a couple of days before asking if they could finish the setup by 4.30pm ... More instead. I told them that was too early as my guest are only arriving at 6pm, they asked if it could be ready by 6.30pm instead. When i said no since my party has a timeline and i need to cut cake by 8pm, they say to be ready by 6.15pm. Though finally on the day of the party the buffet was setup on time, I felt that was rather unprofessional since my buffet has been confirmed with their staff earlier. They came really late to collect/tear down too, around 10.30pm when they were suppose to come at 9.30pm.
