Service was great - confirmation received and responded within 1 day. On the day of delivery - sms reminder to inform of time of food arrival too. When requested for invoice during peak season, admin was very patient and responded well.

The ... More Yusheng dish was very tasty, despite green and red packet of pepper did not come with the dish.
Portions of food were generous and there were a lot of excess.
In general, the food was good and my family was impressed with the catering standard. Thank you!

Service by store is great. I was running late in my collection and store called me to remind/check.
Although no instructions was given, the store provided sufficient candles and knife.

We had a group of 6 adults and 5 of us had negative ... More feedback on the texture of the cake. We all felt that the cake was dry and crumbly. Slicing through the cake was difficult and bits fell apart with each slice. It felt as though the cake is not fresh too.

While the taste is so-so, we were disappointed as we were expecting premium Belgian chocolate. However it tasted like standard chocolate.
Coupled with the poor texture, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

After this purchase, My parents suggested to me to go back to the traditional brands like jack’s place and bengawan solo.

Nonetheless, presentation was great and Baker/store made effort in the customised bday cake note as shown in photo. Thank you.

YLS catering contacted me soon after I had placed the order via foodline. Instructions were very clear and they committed to a time of delivery. I requested for a later time, however they explained politely that it is a festive season with many ... More orders, hence my time of delivery has to be 6.30pm.

The food was delivered timely on 24th Dec. Delivery guy was experienced and polite. Mini buffet food was very tasty and portion and presentation was good. My relative was so impressed she even wants to order for lunar new year!

Our favourite dishes ranged from gongbao fish slices, curry chicken, braised soft bones, ngoh hiam; sweet sour chicken and prawns.

Perhaps What could have been done better will be for prawns to be deshelled.

Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely consider YLS in future parties!

Temptation’s non-alcohol Black Forest cake was a best choice for this occasion as we have breastfeeding mothers in the family!
