Had a 10 days trial, food is just average with a few occasions that the meat is so hard to chew. Not suitable for my elderly parent who has difficulty with it.

For my 5 days trial, food is acceptable though not particularly fantastic.
Delivery time is just nice for lunch.
Price is a little on the high side as compared to other caterers. And I like that brown rice is offered as an option.

Still having a problem with food allocation.
Whenever there are prawns or drumlets (for example), only 5 pcs are given for 2 pax tinkgkat. Why not give six instead so each pax can have 3 pcs each.

So far so good with my Tinkgkat, ordered for 2 pax.
However the allocation of food portion is a bit weird. For example the mini drumlets and prawns are given at 5 pcs for 2 pax. Is it supposed to be 2 pcs per pax with one extra thrown in free? Why ... More not make it 3 pcs each?

Repeat customer for 5 days Tinkgkat. Hilltop's processing and confirmation for order is very fast.

This is my first time ordering Tingkat so I do not have any comparisons with others. And because it's only a 5 days trial, I cannot comment much on the variety of food. Taste wise, it's acceptable as it's closer to home-cooked food as compared to ... More the Cai Png I bought from Hawkers. Delivery is usually quite early to my area (around 10am++) but it's not a big problem.
But I really like Hilltop's service as communications are seamless and fuss free via Wattsapp (Thanks Mdm Lee) so I will return for renewal again.
