Food is fine and so parents re-ordered from this caterer a few times already. Hope the food stays to their taste.

Food is OK. But wish the soup is packed better instead of a piece of plastic covering the plastic container.

Renewed again as parents find the food to their taste. If delivery time can be earlier will be better.

Parents like the food as the dishes are to their taste. Hope can maintain as less salty and less oily. Earlier Delivery time will be better.

Better if metal Tingkat containers are offered in place of plastic containers.

My parents had been renewing with Hewtop for a no of times already - food and service is good. However, after renewing so many times, the food does get repetitive especially Tofu kept being served. So, we've switched to another caterer for change of ... More dishes. We'll come back to Hewtop later.

The food tends to be repetitive after a while for e.g. Tofu was served very often that my parents got sick of it. Fortunately, Hewtop Catering took in feedback and made changes to their menu. My parents are happier now.

Parents like the food from this caterer and so have renewed a few times already. Hope to have more variety of food so that they will not get tired and can continue renewing. There's a feedback regarding the Tingkat container which may be quite ... More difficult for them to fix back after washing.

The dishes suit my parents as they are not too salty and oily. Quantity is just nice for them. Good to have more variety as we'd renewed the Tingkat a few times already - nice to have more different dishes.
