After placing the order, the service provider contacted me for confirmation. I told her that my party is starting at 12.30, and she advised to put the delivery timing at 11.45 to 12.45. Although i told her that i had previous bad experience of super ... More early delivery by the company, she assured me that she will put a note to not send before 11.45. However, the food arrived at 11.25.... when i asked the delivery man, he said no choice because they are busy.... this is totally unacceptable.

The food is reasonable. Although i put order for eating at 6pm, the vendor sent the food around 4.50pm. So the food wasn't hot when my guest arrived.

The caterer was punctual in setting up the buffet line and clearing it at the end of the event. The food was tasty and sufficient. The caterer also provided valuable advice on the orders, i.e. advised against ordering 2 carbo items.

It was easy to order and convenient to collect as there are a lot of venues that i can collect from. However, will be better if allow to buy in other quantities instead of boxes of 12.

The e-voucher is easy to use and lots of vendors to choose from. However, the cash vouchers cannot be used for the discounted item that the vendors were selling.

The food very delicious, and the servings were huge. The set up was done promptly and punctually. However, the caterer was late when clearing up the buffet line, but it was understandable considering that it was a weekend.
