Second time ordering from FDFM as they're one of the two caterers serving healthy tingkat without processed food. Previously it came with cooler bag to keep food warm, as was the case with my first order. Halfway through my second order, they ... More stopped providing cooler bag n served in paperware with FDFM logo. Taste wise, standard is pretty high. Soups were a disappointment before and though there's slight improvement second time round but still taste diluted and salty compared to other caterers. Portion wise, definitely sufficient for a medium to big eater like me.

Food was delivered in a cooler bag by 4pm, I was home so decided to try and see if it could keep my food warm until dinner at 7pm without heating up - it passed the test! Granted it was slightly warm but good enough for me as additional heat could ... More dry out the meat. Food is tasty, restaurant standard quality. Portion is just nice. Soup portion is HUGE. My only pet peeve is the insides of the cooler bag is peeled and tattered which rendered it useless - otherwise the food will be even warmer.
