We were very disappointed with this caterer for our New Year's Eve dinner. We emphasized that the food needed to be ready by a certain time, as 1 family had to leave early. But the delivery was still 30mins late, and by the time the buffet line was ... More set up it was another 15-20mins. The family could not wait and left.

Now since they were late, we asked the team if it's possible to give us more time before coming back for collection. At first he was loud and reluctant, which we thought it is not very fair. He only agreed after some discussion. Secondly, the food came cold and the food could not be reheated sufficiently with the given candles. The beef stew was undercooked & tough, and we had to bring the soup out to the stove too boil, and we literally gave up on the rest.

Really a letdown considering that we ordered an above average priced menu!!!
