I love Yassin Kampung's food at their restaurants. We always celebrated birthdays there, the food are always delicious & tasty. So when we found out that they have tingkat services, my family decided to engage them for 40days 2pax. Food was soso, it ... More doesnt taste like how it does in their restaurant. sometimes its bland. anything "sambal" is more like they just use chili sauce. everything taste about the same everyday, maybe because they use the same base. Meals are kids friendly because not spicy.

Portion wise its abit confusing, we ever got just 4pcs of small prawns for their salted egg prawns but for another month we got more pcs. Any dishes that is mixed with veggie & meat (ie. sambal brinjal w chicken, ayam kunyit etc) is like 20% meat & 70% chicken. Oxtail soup always consist of 2pcs of meat in it. THEY ARE VERY GENEROUS ON VEGETABLE. 1st month their sambal lala was mostly empty shells, but i guess i was lucky on the second month. But for their meat (chicken, beef) dishes, theyre generous too.

Their "thai" style dishes is very weird. just chunky pieces of pineapples, onions etc & very watery. it smells & taste weird too so we always avoid eating that.

Delivery is alright, always on time. very little mishaps.

All i can say is, they are alright but if u have eaten at their restaurant, please lower your expectations. Their food is nice to eat for a month but it gets kinda "jelak" if u go for another.
