Overall, has been a very good Tingkat service. Good taste, not too salty, reasonable price, good portion. Though sometimes, certain pork dish (usually braised with big bones, e.g., ribs, belly, or trotters) can have a bit of unpleasant pork taste ... More and smell.

Very good service. Food is pretty nice too, not as unhealthy and salty as other caterers. Highly recommended.

Food is delicious most of the time. Portion is generous. For this price, can't ask for anything more.

Food is delicious. Portion is just right. Much nicer than the previous caterer I tried here. Definitely glad I switched.

On Monday, they delivered curry dish to us even when we specified non-spicy dish (as one of their provided options). Our dad has chronic kidney disease, so he can't take anything spicy.

On Tuesday, they gave a repeated dish, i.e., two boxes ... More contain the same Tofu dish.

Both above blunders really not a big deal at all. Just perhaps some room for improvement in terms of process/QA.

However, to our disgust, we saw an intact cockroach with a fat juicy belly in the Tofu dish, and we already eaten like 90% of the dish before seeing it. (See attached photo)

Initially didn't want to write this since they agreed to compensate by waiving off the cost for one month's tingkat. However, when we tried to renew, they blocked it off and did not accept our renewal.

Really disappointed in Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd. By the way, just realized they also operate in Foodline under different names, such as "Empire Food Catering Pte Ltd", and "House of Catering F&B Pte Ltd", God knows how many more...

Decent tingkat dinner. Food is not too sweet or salty. So far, there's only a rare couple of times when it mixed up the preferred dish (e.g., non-spicy) and stuffs, but their staff handled such situations really well.

Been ordering from this caterer for maybe like half a year already. Pleased that the food is getting better!

In the past, there will be certain dishes with some bad artificial taste, usually in dishes that have sticky sauce, maybe coming from ... More baking soda or some starchy flour. Haven't experienced this for the past month, so I am quite happy about this!

On average, food is pretty good. But certain dishes (maybe those starchy or with sticky sauce kind) has a somewhat artificial and unpleasant taste.

Food is pretty decent. Sometimes will have spillage, despite the fact that they recently added some surcharge for the containers.
