Fong Fu's dishes are delicious. I've been ordering for about 6 months now, but still not tired of it yet.

Fong Fu's dishes are delicious. What I like is the clean packing (not oily nor greasy), always punctual and reliable (no last minute zero turn-up).

On the whole the food is above average standard, but food is on the oily side (especially the soup). Management of Empire Food Catering will attempt to answer all your questions/complaints, but despite that, there was one occasion when the dinner ... More tingkat was not delivered at all, and another where the tingkat was delivered very late at around 7.20pm. Need some improvements in this area.

Standard dropped quite a fair bit since I first started ordering from Empire a few months back. Overall still acceptable, but could be better.

Food quality is good. Serving quantity is generous. There were a few occasions where the packers mess up the packing with spillings. But after feedback to Empire Catering, the liaison person was very accommodating and ensure such spilling incidents ... More are kept to the minimal.

Food volume is quite restricted. 2 pax package is just sufficient for 2 persons. Soup is either salty or too sweet at times. The only good thing is this Tingkat caterer often has real whole fish (not the frozen sutchi type). But then the fishes are ... More sometimes not fresh, what a waste!

Caterer is very prompt. Always ring bell after delivery the tingkat. Packaging of the Tingkat food is nice and neat. Food quality not bad, but get a bit repetitive after a while.

Food is healthy, well marinated and clean. Delivery is punctual and caterer is always polite and provides good service.

Food quality is not bad. Soup is exceptionally delicious (but at the same time quite oily and unhealthy as well -- you can't have it both ways). The staff are friendly and always ready to help you. I would grade Empire Food Catering as an above ... More average (better than most others) Tingkat caterer.

Fong Fu is one of the best caterer around. Good service, delicious food, always on time delivery. I'm one of the returning customer.
