Fongfu, one of the best tingkat in SG !!!
Reviewed on 28th Oct 2025 Verified Purchase
Fong Fu Catering has a good record of providing decent, delicious tingkat catering in Singapore. Have tried them for consecutive 6 months. Definitely thumbs up for their responsiveness and quality of food.

Fong Fu's standard has dropped, wish they could pick up soon
Reviewed on 29th Sep 2025 Verified Purchase
Fong Fu's was quite good consistently, until recently that it hits some glitches. One day, the food was spoilt, and we had to throw it away. Another day, they swap a "fish with barbecue sauce" dish to plain canned sardines. If I were to have ... More sardines for dinner, I will buy direct from the supermarket, and not pay a higher price via Tingkat. And the soup dish was repeated for many days (pork rib with 山药). I guess they are having some problem with the kitchen staff/ chef.

Above average tingkat caterer
Reviewed on 21st Nov 2022 Verified Purchase
On the whole the food is above average standard, but food is on the oily side (especially the soup). Management of Empire Food Catering will attempt to answer all your questions/complaints, but despite that, there was one occasion when the dinner ... More tingkat was not delivered at all, and another where the tingkat was delivered very late at around 7.20pm. Need some improvements in this area.

Standard dropped quite a fair bit since I first started ordering from Empire a few months back. Overall still acceptable, but could be better.

Good quality tingkat food with generous serving portions.
Reviewed on 2nd Oct 2022 Verified Purchase
Food quality is good. Serving quantity is generous. There were a few occasions where the packers mess up the packing with spillings. But after feedback to Empire Catering, the liaison person was very accommodating and ensure such spilling incidents ... More are kept to the minimal.

Good if you like fish dishes, but soup often too salty!
Reviewed on 23rd Aug 2022 Verified Purchase
Food volume is quite restricted. 2 pax package is just sufficient for 2 persons. Soup is either salty or too sweet at times. The only good thing is this Tingkat caterer often has real whole fish (not the frozen sutchi type). But then the fishes are ... More sometimes not fresh, what a waste!

Consistent and Reliable Tingkat Caterer
Reviewed on 12th Jul 2022 Verified Purchase
Caterer is very prompt. Always ring bell after delivery the tingkat. Packaging of the Tingkat food is nice and neat. Food quality not bad, but get a bit repetitive after a while.
