From last year's Circuit Breaker till now, I've tried about 6 Tingkat caterer. Some of them were listed as Top 3 popular Tingkat caterers on Foodline. But despite that, I find Fong Fu amongst the best Tingkat I have tried in terms of food quality, ... More service and promptness of delivery time. The food is not oily at all, and yet tasty. The meat are carefully marinated, and the vegetables fresh and well-washed. Certainly one of the best Tingkat caterers in Singapore. If you only have chance to try out one caterer, Fong Fu shd be your first choice!

One of the better tingkats around. The daily free desserts are definitely a plus point. But Foodcon shd improve on its packaging, the oily food containers do mess up my kitchen area on a daily basis.

Food portion is generous. Some dishes were delicious, but some will definitely put off many (eg. chicken feet, duck wings) unless you have "acquired taste". In general, a bit too oily for old folks and kids.

Food quality amongst one of the best I have tried. Food portion was generous, and the daily dessert is an extra perk. Value for money!

Food gets repetitive after a while. One of the cheapest tingkat in town. You get what you paid for. Customer care was friendly, and always receive customer's call with politeness and always ready to help (where possible).

Acceptable food standard. May get a bit boring after trying for many repeated months. Maybe it's time to try some other caterers.

Food quality is acceptable, except on days when they serve 2 hard-boiled eggs per pax (4 eggs for 2 pax set). But quality of soup dropped quite a bit of late. Hope Hewtop will improve on that.
