Food quality amongst one of the best I have tried. Food portion was generous, and the daily dessert is an extra perk. Value for money!

One of the cheapest tingkat in town, but quality fluctuates
Reviewed on 1st Nov 2021 Verified Purchase
Food gets repetitive after a while. One of the cheapest tingkat in town. You get what you paid for. Customer care was friendly, and always receive customer's call with politeness and always ready to help (where possible).

Acceptable food standard, menu a bit boring

Acceptable food standard. May get a bit boring after trying for many repeated months. Maybe it's time to try some other caterers.

Reasonably priced tingkat caterer

Reasonable quality at this pricing. Could be more creative and offer more variety. At times slam you with crazy dish like 4 hard boiled eggs in one dish (for 2 pax).

Acceptable food quality and punctual delivery time
Reviewed on 11th Sep 2021 Verified Purchase
Food quality is acceptable, except on days when they serve 2 hard-boiled eggs per pax (4 eggs for 2 pax set). But quality of soup dropped quite a bit of late. Hope Hewtop will improve on that.

Reasonably priced Tingkat package. But quality fluctuates.

Reasonably priced Tingkat package. But food quality fluctuates. On days you may get yummy prawns. On other days you may just get a dish of pickles or 2 eggs per pax as one of the dishes.

Acceptable food quality in general
Reviewed on 3rd Aug 2021 Verified Purchase
Acceptable food quality, but occasionally you get weird dishes like 2 hardboiled eggs per pax as one of the dishes. Or calamari rings that are harder than rubber bands.

Good quality, reasonably priced tingkat package
Reviewed on 27th Jul 2021 Verified Purchase
Food quality is good. Except that there were days when there are fried calamari rings that tasted like hard rubber bands. There were also days when the amount of food are not proportionate (such as 3 chicken wings for 2 pax). Other than that, the ... More food quality is acceptable and service are good.
