Value for money with rice servings. Cooking style to improve

The fried fish tend to be coated with lots of flour and not much fish within. The rice tends to be cooked until soggy and too lumpy at times.

Acceptable for food quality, not for soup. Need to improve.

The food tasted ok. Rice portion varies mostly more. Soup portion has reduced. Have more colours for every dinner so it will look more tasty. Suggestion to change the style of cooking and increase the soup portion.

The portion of vegetables and meat is sometime less than normal days. Their rice is of abundance. Orders without chilli but sometime dishes came with chilli. The caterer does try to accommodate by giving us no bones for certain meat dishes. Avoid ... More vegetable that have strong taste.
