Decided to try out tingkat during the ECB and didn't expect much but surprisingly, the quality was great for the price paid (S$46.50)! Order: 3 dishes plus a soup but no pork and seafood.

The serving was generous - more than 1 pax portion, ... More especially the rice. Ate about 60% and left 40% for dinner. The food tasted just nice - not too saltish like most outside food. But some may find it a bit bland. Will definitely recommend HewTop Catering and may choose them again rather than try out the other tingkat menu from elsewhere.
