Sometime, I wonder if the seller are serious about promotion online?
On collection date, they said no more already but their next day stock coming soon, so waited.
After waiting hours, received a log cake from them and go home.
When decided to ... More eat, take photo, cut and find that it is a plain chocolate log cake.
It is not what been advertised at all.
Luckily, never order their Christmas package, even that I do like their Pies.

Overall dishes are quite okay, just a bit too much "soybean" based dishes.
Their driver always got problems on Friday's delivery.

Getting food everyday after 12.00pm to 12.45pm is not a joyous thing as the food were ... More prepared and out in their van from 09.00am or even earlier.
There is only less than 4 hours to consume the food after it was cooked and packed by 9am as stated by NEA

(The time stamp informs you and your guests of the date and time that the food is cooked or prepared by the caterer and when it should be consumed by. The “CONSUME BY” time should not be later than 4 hours from the time the food is cooked or ready-to-eat and kept between 5oC and 60oC.)

Sometime, I really wonder if the cooks cannot cook local delights, why bother?
Moreover, these local delights are been packed using styrofoam boxes which by the time given had hints of sourness ... More already.

The main letdown is the plastic containers that been used which sometime cut into fingers.

So far there is no much feedback from my old folks except for those spicy dishes (contains chilli, lantern pepper, any hot spices) and some dishes too salty for ... More them.

My workaround for these were to remove manually those spices/chilli and add hot water and reheat the dishes before their meal time.

By the way, I had indicated for non-spicy during ordering. The caterer also informed that sometime dishes like curry cannot be avoided, therefore I okay with that. I did not actually see any curry chicken dishes during this period.
