Been with this tingkat caterer for close to 2 years, but find their food and dishes quality degrading, had feedback to them, hope they will improve in their quality control

Have been ordering from Hong Choo for dinner tingkat since 1 year, but recently the food quality and portion dropped. Have feedback to them, hope they take the feedback and improve

First time getting from this tingkat caterer, as my previous caterer for many years decided to shut operation. I find this caterer foods are good.

Been ordering from them the past 2 years, however, it's time to make a switch now due to price increase and the food quality decrease (fried dory fish 1-2 times a week with different sauces only, and veggie dish is really bad)

This is one of my longest tingkat service for dinner, just that recently we see more dory fish 4 out of 5 days, same fish just different sauces, hope they can change other type of fish (salmon, batang, sardine, mackerel etc)

Have been engaging their dinner tingkat for almost a year now, so far so good, improvement on the soup now with chicken meat instead of bones previously. Dishes portion sometimes not consistent, already feedback to foodline

Been switching my tingkat from Ronnie to Jessie, so far so good, their fish not just dory but also different type, so it is good. One comment for improvement could be on the soup, instead of all the chicken bones/neck, perhaps can add in lean meat ... More like Ronnie

So far consider good value tingkat provider. However, variety of dishes and taste can further improved.

Out of the 5 tingkat companies my family and i have tried the past years, this is really the worst we have encountered (used to had their tingkat few years ago but this time round really surprised with the quality). Food came with spillage almost ... More every alternate days, dishes are unpleasant in look and taste (meat/fish/veggies/eggs don't taste like how it should be), really struggling to finish up the dishes over the past 20 days.

So far this has been one of the best tingkat caterer, i like the 4 dishes over 3 dishes 1 soup. As the fourth dish is very nice, not just typical finger food like other caterer foodline
