I had the seabass and found the mango salad, spring rolls and rice very salty. Other than that, the thai basil chicken looked great and the grilled chicken portions was pathetic, please increase the portioning in future.

Delivery was on time but i think it will be better if you have 2 delivery guys. Food was ok in general but I think steamed fish wasn't so nice. Deep fried fish is still a better option for buffets. Portioning for 30 paxs were adequate.

Luckily, the food arrived on time. I feel that 2 workers are needed to help with the driving, delivery and set up of the buffet. I had to help the driver as he was rushing for time.
Most of the food items tasted fine except for 1) driver forgot ... More about the sauce for the sweet and sour prawns (can't blame him cuz he was overloaded with work), 2) the cumin chicken had strong cumin smell but i had no choice but to order this dish as the other dish is mushroom or something which we do not want. 3) feedback from my colleagues that the luohan veg weren't well cooked, they tasted quite raw. 4) honey cakes were too dry.
I like the rice and cereal fish tho.

Glad that I ordered from this caterer. Delivery was slightly earlier than slated which was good. The mee tai mak was a hit. My colleagues loved it. I also like that the fish fillet didn't taste dry, chicken ngo hiang also looked yummy and could ... More tell that the oil used for deep frying was quite fresh. I didn't have the lemongrass chicken but heard that it was a little tough.
The only grouse is that the dessert grass jelly longan was very sweet. Should remove half of the syrup and add in more ice to balance the taste. And the tofu dish could be less salty (I had actually requested for the dishes to be less saltish and sweet).
Overall, I am happy with the experience. Will order from Spark and Flame catering again.
