1) This has been our repeated order from Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd.
2) Service delivery was very good and always on time. Poor customer rapport.
3) Food quality has turned from BAD to WORST.. Too many low cost items such as tofu/beancurd, soto ... More balls and LACK of TASTE etc.
4) Need to have more varieties of food dishes.
5) Vegetables quantity had been very little, not good enough for two perons.
6) Need special discounts or more food options for repeat customers especially for seniors.
7) Should not charge for packaging.

6) Positive side - Food has less salt, sugar, MSG and oil.
7) Is it posible to have 2 curry dishes per week? We love to have more chilli and spicy dishes.

Ms. VC TAN is very friendly, efficient service, listen to feedbck and accommodating. Great service from her. I keep it up VC.. Her the other collegue VIVIAN was not good in listening to feedback. Never return call. Food delivery is on time. Meals ... More are acceptable. Need to improve on quality..cheap stuff at times. Tingkat containers need to sanitize. Delivery person is very friendly. Food has less oil and no MSG. Food need to be warmer. Rice is not so good as it is deliver cold and not good for health. Food warmer enclosure quality need to better to keep food warm. Need to provide cut chillies for better flavor. Thank you and best regards.
