Tingkat service is good as they try to accommodate my request. The soup and food are nice but don’t expect very tasty. I like it because it is an affordable price with nice food (not oily and not salty). The portion is not enough for 3 pax. ... More I’ve to add dish sometimes to make up the portions. Not for big eater. Overall, it’s a neighbourhood Tingkat which serves decent meals.

First day of my tingkat, they gave me dessert and beer. Amount is generous. Taste is not bad. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. Soup is absolutely no no. If you are looking for a tasty soup, then I wouldn't recommend this Tingkat. However, their ... More service is very good. They managed to fulfil my request. Overall, what you get is what you paid for.

The food taste is not good. Frozen food is often. Delivery is on time. But will not order again since there are so many available Tingkats.

1st day of my Tingkat, they didn't give up to 3 portion. I ordered 3 pax but definitely less than 3 pax. I had to cook an extra dish. I called up and they said it was a correct portion and they said the kitchen had a lot of orders that day.
2nd, ... More it's always towards 7pm. There was once my Tingkat arrived at 7.30pm. Again, they said the kitchen was very busy and delayed their delivery time.
Food wise is so so only. With so many Tingkats to choose now, it's not worth to order from them again. I used to give good comment for the Tingkat that I've ordered so far. I've to leave an honest review to Fong Fu.
