Food was good overall and portion is ok. Utensils were a little less (plates not enough for everyone to have 2 plates), and no trash bags given - so do take note.

Favourite was laksa goreng - unique, nice, yummy. Tofu in chili crab sauce is ... More generally nice and shiok with bun, but the tofu is not as expected (was expecting egg tofu but it was more like seafood tofu kind. Satay is yummy, but otah a little dry. Sweet sour Chicken is good, not too floury. Eclair was a hit with my guests. Curry chicken was average, fried rice doesn’t seem fried(?) but still moderately yummy.

Overall will recommend. Unique menu options, good portion, good food! Just need to prepare more utensils.

Food and portion was decent.

Unfortunately they made several mistakes
1) missing fried rice, which was a staple
2) gave wrong vegetable
3) gave wrong dessert

The staff was good in handling the mistake. However, due to logistics and time, ... More the replacement food can only come in an hour, and we turned it down as the food already arrived later than initial due to delivery van breakdown.

We managed to reach an agreement with the staff. Overall service is top notch apart from the mistakes made (which were not really minor mistakes, to be honest).

Food was good and price was decent. Just nice for about 7 pax but few of us were small eaters so I would say the quantity can be better (especially if its catering style there would usually be a 5-10% extra portion).

There was an issue where the ... More outlet was informed that food collection began at 4.30pm. Mine was at 6pm and arrived to collect at 5.45pm. As such when I arrived the food was cold.

I was quite worried about the food safety and had to negotiate with the staff for a new batch of food and not just a reheat (since food had been left at room temp for close to 1.5 hours). The staff was not very willing but eventually agreed to my request.

Hope that Lao Huo Tang can work on streamlining/better coordination between sales staff and kitchen/restaurant staff. The staff showed me her invoice and it did state that food collection is 4.30pm to 6pm. However on my invoice it stated 6pm only.
