Food is always improperly packed. The soup was packed in a slanted manner and all the soup spilled all over the plastic bag with nothing left in the container for us to drink. Feedback to customer service already still like that. In the end, ... More cancelled the order.

Quite a number of times the caterer did not deliver the soup. Check with customer service also take very long to reply. Food is ok.

Sometimes the caterer forget to deliver the soup. When I text the customer service, they never reply. There was no compensation made whatsoever.

Sometimes got missing soup. No compensation given whatsoever until have to complain to them then they will consider give you back.

Food delivery is on time. Quality is not too bad. Caterer is flexible to make changes to the delivery dates if needed.
