Ordered the 3-days trial lunch from Wed to Fri. And, I was anticipated as this was my 1st time tingkat order.

1st day was ok, delivered around 12 noon. Called around 11am+ to confirm as I saw reviews there were missing delivery incidents. Food ... More was quite simple nice and sufficient for 2 pax.

2nd day, didn't call beforehand as there was delivery on the 1st day. cooked the rice and waited until 1.30pm, so called up and checked. After a few calls I was told that there was no delivery due to their account girl made a mistake & website issue. They proposed to deliver around 3.30pm instead which I rejected & counter propose to make it for dinner instead but they did not agree. Then, they proposed to deliver another day which is the following Mon and I also rejected. I'm not trying to be nasty but I had my reason why I chose Wed to Fri due to my Mom had her day surgery & I wfh to take care of her.

So, there was no agreement for the replacement, I requested to refund the remaining 2 days meal. I'm couldn't comprehend why they will missed out the 2nd day meal if they were able to deliver on the 1st day. I wouldn't want to comment on their internal system but just don't understand why such incident will happened if there was a proper system to run the orders.

That's it. This incident made me think twice to order any tingkat already. We are so dependable on the timely & sure-to-deliver meal but at the same time worry about whether we would got the dishes or not. I wouldn't want to call up every day just to make sure I have my dishes.
