regarding the delivery fee, i hope you can understand that we are selling ice cream cakes. The standards, requirements for such ... More delivery is much higher than normal sponge cake delivery, hence the delivery fee is slightly more ex than ordinary one. We need to ensure the ice cream cake is intact with perfect temp control on the road etc. We seek your understanding for this.
