The Prawns today(08 June) are either Totally ROTTEN or Partially ROTTEN. I ordered many times from Hewtop, this is the first time that i had ROTTEN prawns. As usually, each person got 3 prawns. All my prawns are Partially ROTTEN. MY mother's prawns ... More got 2 are Totally ROTTEN. We had no choice but to throw the ROTTEN parts away. This is proof that Hewtop had changed for the worse. They can do better than this, i believe.

Apart from the ROTTEN Prawns, all other dishes are edible and normal.

I understand that cost is going up. However, the portion of food given had been drastically reduced (by half in OUR opinion). Originally two large pieces of Tao Kwa (豆腐) given per person, now 3 small pieces of Tao Kua (豆腐) given instead. ... More These 3 pieces added together only equal to one piece of the original AT MOST.

As for the pork meat or chicken meat, more bones were added and less meat per person. We estimated that the portion is reduced drastically by half. As for vegetable, i complaint to them that its not fully cooked for the past few days, but now its better. For once, their green vegetable not washed and lots of sand in there. This has not happened before, however i already feedback to them.

If there is no improvement, i think buy from hawker centre might be a better choice. I will observe how they progress from here.

So far so good. Hewtop is able to maintain its high standard so far. Sometimes the vegetable not fully cooked, they should pay more attention to this. Good value for the price, keep it up !!

Changed to Hewtop Catering. Their fish is much more fresh as compared to Ye Lai Xiang's fish. The main reason is due to the huge number of orders so that the ingredients are kept fresh while dwindling orders caused Ye Lai Xiang fish to be stale and ... More expired. Hewtop is also value for money, they don't charge additional $5 for CNY. I would recommend Hewtop over Ye Lai Xiang for value and fresh meal.

Everything is fine with this caterer. However, we found that the same type of fish is served repeatedly. We hope to see more variety of fishes instead of one type. The customer service staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delivered on time ... More very often. Good experience.

Almost all dishes are ok and portion is generous. Only one dish is bad, the clam. I vomited and diarrhea after eating the chilli clam. I hope they will not have this dish in their menu again. Even my mum know there are sand in the clam which makes ... More it dirty and unhygienic. My bowel is no good so I cannot take such food.
