Food taste can improve. Sometimes nice sometimes not. Standard need to be consistent. Delivery is still ok. Tingkat caterer service did not ask for feedback.

Not going to order this as good quality is poor
Reviewed on 20th Oct 2022 Verified Purchase
Not going to order this as the food really needs to improve. Had feedback many times but food quality still has a long way to improve. Had never tasted tingkat this bad. Thought it has 1000 reviews should be ok and there were times repeated 2 ... More vegetables on same day.

Early 3pm delivery for dinner
Reviewed on 30th Aug 2022 Verified Purchase
Food is nice but delivery came at 3pm, very early. Soup portion had to ask for 1 more tub because 1 tub for 3 people is not enough. Then the additional tub is soup without ingredients. Hope to see more variety

Thank you for giving each pax a box of soup. Hope the vegetables are not so tough, even for us working adults find the vegetables too hard to bite sometimes, elderly will be even more difficult. Portion of meat usually is not enough for 3 pax, ... More example 2 pieces per person, we get 6 pieces of siew mai, probably they need to give some to other families. So far when there was delay in delivery, we call the cater and they respond promptly, service is good. Compared to another cater which deliver at 4:30pm, Hock Hoe Heng deliver at around 5:30pm is better.
