Food is good, with prawns, beef etc. But the price is steep. Even the rice is charged by per person.

The western dishes are sightly better. Salmon dish is good. Thai dishes could be improved. Overall, ok

Miss out delivery on 1 day but no service recovery. Said it will revert on the issue the next day. Almost a week has passed with no follow up.

In general, food is okay but the service could be improved. For example, when asked about an ingredient missing from the dish when checked against the description, it took a week for company to say there is mis-labelling of the dish!

Service was good previously but somehow there seems to be a deterioration of service standards. Twice in a week, the food did not arrived. On the 2nd time, the company tried to do service recovery.

Tried contacting the company via their official WhatsApp and the person i/c but there was no response. As I had some credits with the company, I had wanted to place orders. After some time, I had to go thru Foodline to contact the company! Slow ... More response time.

I wish the caterer could provide some spicy food but I can also understand why this is difficult..

My family enjoyed the wide variety of food offered by the caterer . In particular, we like those from japan

The company got the number of pax catered wrong again. However, service recovery was good and it delivered again on that same day.

First time ordering but i wish that the portions were bigger especially for a family of mainly men.
