Overall is okay. ate this before. still have some spillage sometimes. but i think many of these caterers around this price range is roughly the same. the good ones cost a lot more. not sure whether to order tingkat again

First time ordering tingkat for myself. I order for my parents monthly. They always say ok.
But trying first time myself, i didnt know its so bad. Its so bad my wife n i throw more than 50% away and ate so little every meal.
The chicken for every ... More single meal is smelly. The smelly meat smell. I want to gag everytime. The taste for most dishes r just horrible. I cannot even begin to explain. The rice is sooooo sticky. Like glutinous rice. Hated it. I rather simple normal rice. U imagine warming it up in microwave sometimes. Sticks every damm thing.
I feel so bad ordering crap for my parents. When i ask them again they say ya sometimes is bad. To me its every single meal.

Overall the food is not bad. but hope the soup can be more nutritious and portion slightly bigger. less meat more veg is better

Everything was quite good. Presentation was also good.
Brocoli was good. It was fnished also.
Chin teng everyone slurp it up till empty as well. Feedback was good that it wasn't too sweet. The sweatness was mild and just nice.
But curry ... More chicken's chicken was too much. Prefer more potato than meat. Nobody really going for the meat. People were digging for potatoes.
Prawn really the highlight. So big and juicy and nice.
Much better than another catering i had. Will order again.

Personally we prefer less fried more veg. but i guess its to cater to general public taste. overall it was not bad. would order again in future. but would like to try other companies first. they are same company as lexin catering i believe. i like ... More that they bothered to msg us the terms n conditions n invoice. at least service not bad

Food is not bad for the price. Customer service is bad though. Its v hard to make changes and find anyone to contact.
Food ingredients are mostly meh but flavour is quite okay. Got praises. Def for 8 pax not 10 pax.

Food always deliver between 3-4pm. Abit early. Food is ok. Typical tingkat. Portion is ok. One bad thing was they stopped the meal early and let me poor family waited the whole night. Such mistake should not have happened in the first place since ... More it's not like we amended the order.
