Food quality and serving size reasonable. Operations manager was responsible and provides timely updates when del8very was delayed. I hope to have more variety of dishes i am a repeat customer.

Caterer adhered to request to exclude spicy foods. We enjoy the dishes as they are not so oily and salty.

Food serving size is reasonably good for value, occasionally repetitive dishes such as stir fried pork/chicken. Caterer is more responsive than other service providers and we have renewed our order a few times.

Repeat order, Hong Choo's serving size is reasonable. I decided to continue when the caterer stopped delivery fatty dishes and sausages.

The menu seems repetitive after we have renewed three cycles, caterer was able to accommodate request to exclude fatty pork belly dish. Prefer dishes to be less oily or salty. I wish less oil can be used for the stir fried vegetables for a ... More healthier diet.

The vegetables dishes were too oily , I would like the caterer to cut back on oil in the foods served. Generally, the dishes are of reasonable portion and we like the steamed foods.

We have ordered a few times from Fong Fu and recommended the caterer to a few friends. Decided to change caterer and may return when the menu has been refreshed.

Serving size was reasonable and food in general was not salty. Green leafy vegetables are normally over cooked but maybe this is always the case for tingkat foods. Delivery timing can be quite inconsistent that varied by more than an hour and left ... More us wondering if the food will arrive and if we need to make our own dinner arrangement once or twice within a 20-day cycle.

Delivery timing fluctuates between 4.30 to 7pm; green leafy vegetables often turn yellow due to over cooking, preserved vegetables and sausages were repeated during 20-day cycle. Prawns were not fresh so suggest to exclude them from the menu.
