Our family has been served well by this tingkat provider for many cycles. We are mostly happy with the taste, presentation & variety of the food. This tingkat provider is serious about providing a variety of dishes with a competitive budget. Their ... More delivery personnel are also very conscientious and courteous.
For this cycle, there were some discrepancy regarding the portion of the food provided as it was not the same amount for certain days. After highlighting the issue to the tingkat provider through whatsapp, we noticed lesser and lesser of the problem recurring. So the tingkat provider must be given credit for looking into the feedback and rectify the problem.
As stated above on our least liked dish, we will upload pictures of the yellow vegetables if we continue to find any in the current cycle. Hopefully, we won't have to do that as we still
think this is a good tingkat provider.

Loyal and repeat order for this tingkat provider.
Generally, this tingkat provider tries to serve a variety of dishes for young and old in the family.
Their dishes are not too salty or oily which is good for my family.
I've observed some changes ... More in their dishes as inflation deepens in our economy. But Hewtop is keeping their package competitive which I deeply appreciate.
Watch out for my review next month for more specifics regarding some of their menu items.

We have been ordering from this tingkat for some time. As a family, we're satisfied with the menu and the flavor of the dishes. I like the fact that the dishes are not oily or salty. Responses to customer's feedback are easy and prompt.

This tingkat provider has proven themselves to be reliable and responsible in providing good tasting and value for money home-cooked meals. Our family has been ordering their meals repeatedly. Keep up the good work, Hew Top!

Repeat order from this Tingkat caterer. We like the home cook taste of this tingkat. The caterer gave value for money dishes by serving up wholesome dishes instead of fried food or fancy dishes that are oily & fatty.
My suggestion for this review ... More will be to limit the number of big bones or ribs dishes as these dishes are difficult to chew for seniors or kids, making them not senior and kid friendly. Also, as mentioned in my previous review, the big bones dishes do not have much meat on them, so we always have to supplement and prepare additional protein dishes for our dinner.
I hope Hew Top will find this feedback useful for their menu planning.

Hew Top has consistently delivered well planned, deliciously cooked and wide selection of home-cooked dishes for the tingkat dinners we have ordered so far.
Areas of improvement:
1) limit root & gourd-type vegetables to once a week
2) serve more ... More meaty parts if serving big bones dishes as the big bones filled up all the space in the tingkat. Only see the bones with little meat. We can't eat these big bones!

Overall, Hewtop provides well-planned and cooked dishes with variety. I valued highly that Hewtop has very few deep fried dishes.
One feedback + suggestion: we enjoyed the vinegar trotters and ribs dishes very much. But due to the size of the bones ... More and capacity of the tingket, we always end up having lesser meat compared to normal sliced meat dishes. We also don't appreciate that we got more of the bone section than bones with meat.
As a family, we ordered the maximum 6 pax tingkat, yet whenever trotters or ribs are served, the meat avaliable is barely enough for even 4 pax.
May I suggest cooking these type of dishes with meatier sections? Another suggestion is to pack the trotters or ribs in separate bigger containers for the portion the customers ordered.

Our family had subscribed to this Tingkat provider for a while now. We like the simplicity of the dishes and that the dishes are not overly salty or oily.
For our favourite steamed fish dish, the tingkat provider always served these in good ... More condition, the whole fillet intact and not broken pieces. I'm sure this is also due to the care taken by the driver cum delivery personnel throughout their journey in delivering the Tingkats, so they deserved a shout out for their work in keeping the food in the Tingkats in great condition.

We stayed with this caterer as they're sincere in providng food that is varied with home-cooked flavour. Overall our family is satisfied with most of the items on the menu.
The staff are responsive to feedback too.
Through the company's whatsapp, ... More they do reply to my messages of feedback and queries as soon as they can. Recently, the caterer have changed the covers for the soups: from sealant type (like the ones bubble tea uses) to proper covers (like the covers food courts used to da bao soupy food). This is a wise and best improvement that Hewtop had made. Due to this improvement, the soups are always delivered fresh, no more sour soups, no spills and mess compared to when they just seal the top of the containers. Greatly appreciate this improvement to best serve your tingkat customers.

Repeat customer of this tingkat provider. We generally like the dishes, especially the steamed fish and braised meat.
Also, the soups are served with cubed or striped of meat instead of bony meat which is very kids friendly.
