1. Service: after setting up, the cutlery was not laid out nicely, it was simply left on the table in a disorganised matter as though it was simply thrown on the table. The layout of the food was not well thought out. The cutlery was placed next to ... More the dessert at the end of the buffet line. Guests had to take the cutlery and head to the other side to start taking food. Shouldnt the cutlery be placed next to the noodles instead? Also there was no place to put the cutlery beside the noodles. There was a huge space next to the dessert which didn't make sense.

2. When the person left, he didnt inform me and confirm everything was set up. He also didn't inform me what time he was coming back for the food nor was there any sign indicating the same. How was I supposed to know when to expect my guests to finish the food?

3. There was barely enough cutlery, plates and tissue for 30 pax when I ordered buffet for 32 pax. Only 1 small pack of tissue was provided, I was shocked to see my guests having to take their own tissue to use and people using spoons only to eat their noodles!!! That to me, was absolutely unacceptable.

All in all, the experience was less than satisfactory, I wouldn't use the catering service again for a party. Food is pretty alright, have standard. But lacking in the overall experience.
