Overall this is my 2nd subscription with Fong Fu Catering. Their style of cooking suits our family and taste wise is towards Cantonese. However, the selection of dishes is minimal. For example Monday celery with meat, Tuesday stir-fried celery. I ... More also observed that this caterer has more pork dishes than chicken or fish, mostly deep-fried pork dishes. Nevertheless, they are by far the better ones compared to another caterer I had subscribed before.

I hope the caterer will spend some time reshuffling their menu and having a more balanced meat type of dishes weekly.

This is my 1st time engaging the Bayfront caterer for the mini buffet. Overall it was a good experience, the food was delivered on time and the inquiry response time by the team was professional and fast. The team provided the right disposal ... More utensils and spoons for all dishes. My guests enjoyed the meal very much. Next I may consider trying their lunch tingkat.

Overall healthy meals compared to other caterers- less processed meat served. There are a good amount of variety meals weekly. Similarly like a lot of other caterers, they only provide a 3 meals + soup biweekly menu. May consider providing a 4 meals ... More menu too. Taste wise suit us and meal is prepared/cooked with less oil.

First time using this caterer, we subscribed for a 4 meals for 10 days lunch trial. The caterer's biweekly menu is only for 3 meals + soup. We were wondering why it is so hard to create an additional 4 meals for customers' reference. Dishes are ... More prepared on a thick and starchy gravy. It's not very appetizing especially when food is deliver earlier (10am plus) and get cold. Besides the caterer prepared frequent fried food and processed meat such as sausages pr luncheon meat. I have 2-3 processed food in 10 days. Lastly no brown rice as option...this is a let down for customers who want other option than white rice.
