First times for me to order a gift card from Foodline. It was quite convenient to send the gift card via whatsapp instead of email. The recipient was able to receive the gift within a second via the mobile phone as well. Just that not sure how is ... More the redemption process by the recipient. Overall, quite satisfy with the service here. May order again eventually if any special occasions.

The food was delivered before 12 noon and was warm enough. The portion of the food was enough for 10 persons except the prawns. Some of the eggplants were not cooked well. The pork cauliflower was too oily and spicy. The curry fish head was having ... More too many eggplant and no ladyfinger. It was so weird. The only good thing was that the prawns were fresh enough and not spicy.

This caterer is the SUPER worst I ever experienced before. The green bean was raw and hard to eat. Most of the fried food were hard like a rock that hard to eat. The vegetable was not wash properly and totally cannot eat at all due to the sand in ... More the vegetable. All the dishes were totally not for human beings to consume. And also if you are staying the same area like me, then you will receive the food before 2:30pm because the first area for their delivery schedule. Even I have requested to deliver the food by 5:30pm in the message, they just blindly accept my order without checking my message in my order. This caterer is not even earn a star. The 5 days meal just felt like being cheated by this dishonest caterer. Anyway, I will not order any food from Foodline. Really shocked with this kind of lousy food.
