This is my first time ordering a Ting Kat service. I have a family of 4, 2 kids (2 and 7 yrs old). I ordered a 3 Dish + 1 Soup for 3 pax.

I didn't manage to take a good photo of the food, but the portion is good, taste isn't too salty. Service ... More has been great. Price is probably one of the cheapest out there.

My only complain is that the food might have been prepared way too early. My family usually starts eating by 7pm (after fetching the kids from school and settle down for dinner), and sometimes the food has already turned bad. We asked the vendor whether can help us put inside a warmer bag (provided by us) and they agreed. However, the bag is still not enough to keep the food warm enough. My family and I have a few episodes of stomachaches and that's why we decided to stop ordering from this caterer.
