Generally good preparations.
The Ee fu noodles, chicken satay, ngoh Hiang, chicken rendang, choc eclairs and yam paste dessert. ?
The satay was pale in look, after I grill again it looks better n taste good.
The crusts for cereal fish would ... More taste better if the batter is thinner, crispy .
The spring roll is thick n chewy, not enough fillings
The set up time was rather early- almost an hour ahead of our scheduled time.

Spring roll is awesome, every piece is huge with a lot of stuffings
Seafood tofu , exactly like restaurant standard with real prawns, scallops assorted mushroom , vegetables
Roasted chicken was well prepared -meat was tender n moist
Yam paste ... More was served with pumpkin n ginko nuts on top .
Yam was tasty n fragrance , was served with white clear liquid , mildly sweeten. I like this combination but some of my guest prefer served with coconut creme instead.
