Food/drinks items arrived very timely. most of us felt that the spring rolls were soggy. We are not expecting the spring rolls & seaweed chicken rolls to be piping hot but at least warm enough. 50pax quantity seemed to be just enough; no surplus ... More or excess to go waste

Food items arrived earlier than expected. Good indeed. The taste and flavour of each item were great. Not so salty or too oily. The red bean soup dessert sweetness was just nice. Our Japanese colleagues like the dessert very much.
