Time: supposed to have buffet ready at 5pm but delivery came 5 mins late by the time set up all done it was late for an hour due to 1 delivery guy.
Table set up was disappointing, supposed to be a CNY theme but my arrangement was done with a mix of ... More wedding n CNY flowers. This needs to be improved.
Portion: ordered for 35 pax but the portion was barely enough. I even spent $180 to order pizza for my guests. Order from other caterer the portions are pretty generous.
Food taste pretty decent. Golden floss prawns are really salty, chocolate brownie is not even brownie it’s Chocolate chiffon cake layer with thin layer of brownie topping.
Collection of the table/ set up came around 10pm.

Very generous portion, value for money.
Below is my comment on dishes which were wasted and thrown away..
Sweet sour fish- thick batter coating, no taste of fish.
Teriyaki chicken- taste off, unlike the usual teriyaki we had outside.
Broccoli- ... More taste sourish.
